BEGINNINGS OCTAGON

The Octagon is an 1800 square foot community center hall used for dances, parties, weddings, memorials, plays, music evenings, lectures, classes, workshops, fund raisers, school lunch cafeteria, winter and spring fairs, and a host of other events. It also serves as a Red Cross disaster center in case of community emergencies and has a fully licensed kitchen capable of serving large groups. OCTAGON RENTAL SCHEDULE

Classes & Workshops: $1/person/hour (includes teacher, minimum $10)

Meetings: Same as class rates unless larger attendance (30-50 people), small impact ie: presentation $75

Small Performances (under 100 people): $150-250 (with alcohol add $100)

Large Benefit Events (Dinners & Boogies): $400 ($550 with alcohol)

Weddings & Large Private Parties: $500 ($650 with alcohol)

Memorials: $150-300 ($75 if less than 50 people)

Outdoor Events: Negotiable...

Weekend Workshops (Day Only): $350 ($450 with kitchen)
